BSA Training for Board Members Available This Month
One of the many responsibilities of credit union leaders is overseeing compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), a common weakness identified during compliance audits.
At the MCUL & Affiliates 2018 Spring Leadership Development Conference, credit union directors will come to understand the role that they and everyone in the credit union plays when it comes to the BSA, including keeping records of certain transactions and reporting suspicious, potentially criminal activity. Those who complete the training receive documentation to keep on file.
The event takes place the weekend of April 28–29, with an opening networking reception on April 27. The agenda is designed for both new and seasoned volunteers and CEOs, and provides opportunities for guests to join in the weekend getaway.Go to main navigation
