Catholic Federal Credit Union Celebrates 62nd Annual Meeting and Names Volunteer of the Year
On March 3, Catholic Federal Credit Union held its 62nd Annual Meeting at The Doubletree Hotel in Bay City.
Chairman Robert Looby, Vice Chair Jerd Clayton and Secretary C. Patrick Kaltenbach were re-elected to the board of directors for three-year terms.
In addition, Ken Groya was named Catholic Federal’s 2017 Volunteer of the Year. Groya has served as a volunteer on the credit union’s supervisory committee since 2011.
“As our 2017 Volunteer of the Year, Ken Groya has displayed enthusiasm to further his understanding of the credit union industry and the Catholic Federal governance structure,” said Alan Watson, Catholic Federal’s president and CEO. “Ken has also generously given his time to attend meetings as an active participant. He is constantly looking out for the best interests of our members and the credit union overall. Ken has been gracious in dealings with all of our staff and is a delight to work with.”
