Adventure Credit Union Hosts Ribbon Cutting for New Wyoming Branch
On Feb. 22, Adventure Credit Union hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony for their newest branch.
This project involved the consolidation of two of the credit union’s locations into one stand-alone, single-story, 2,950 square-foot branch. This consolidation is part of Adventure’s strategic plan to create a stronger identity and increase member services through convenience and technology.
“We set forth a brand reinvention strategy two years ago that included consolidation plans and a focus on finding harmony between technology in the banking industry and the importance of face-to-face interactions with our members,” said Steve Bush, Adventure Credit Union’s president and CEO. “Our new facilities serve as a reflection of our commitment to our members. The Wyoming branch features the convenience, technology and personal touch that our members deserve.”
The new branch features two drive-up Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), video-enhanced ATMs that connect to a teller at the corporate office for a more personal experience, and ATM capabilities after hours. Inside, the branch offers face-to-face tellers and an additional ITM.
