Leadership @ Eleven Introduced; 16 Executives to Progress Forward
- Jim Kasch delivers series beginning in March and concluding at Grand Hotel in Sept.
MCUL is launching Leadership @ Eleven, a seven-month executive development program featuring Jim Kasch of Canidae Consulting and Tonya Voltolina of Eleven Performance Group.
In a complex, volatile and unpredictable world, the necessary skills to be a highly effective leader have changed. The customized series challenges leaders to ask, “Why be just a 10 when you can be an 11!”
Based on topics specific to the credit union industry, 16 participants will complete assessments, tackle assignments, benefit from one-on-one coaching and meet in person three times to focus on developing their leadership skills. The event meets at GO Where Meetings Matter in Ann Arbor, The Think Space in Lansing and concludes with an overnight stay and wrap-up at the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, which is included in registration.
Participation is on a first-come basis and attendees must enroll prior to March 22; the orientation webinar will be held March 27. For more information or questions specific to learning outcomes, contact Jim Kasch; questions regarding registration or special accommodations may be directed to Emily Thelen.
