Calling All Young Professionals: Apply Now to "Crash" the Annual Convention & Exposition

Crash Michigan LogoCredit union staffers under age 30 (or close to it) interested in broadening their experiences as future industry leaders are encouraged to apply to “crash” the MCUL/CUSG 2018 Annual Convention & Exposition (AC&E).

The Crash Michigan program is now in its eighth year and offers driven and dedicated young professionals the unique opportunity to “crash” the AC&E. The Crash Michigan Program is supported by the CUES Michigan Council and the Michigan Credit Union Foundation. To help offset costs, each Crasher receives complimentary registration to attend the conference as well as materials, select paid meals and attire to wear during the event.

Crashers get the full traditional AC&E experience by attending the same sessions and events as regular attendees as well as the added benefit of Crasher-specific events, private sessions with industry leaders and volunteer opportunities. Crashing the AC&E is a demanding experience and those who think they have what it takes to be a Crasher (or know someone who does) should apply. Before applying or nominating someone to apply, please keep in mind that although some select meals and activities are paid for and provided through sponsorship funds, Crashers will need to provide their own transportation and are responsible for the cost of accommodations and remaining incidentals.

AC&E takes place June 6-9 and will be held at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa near Traverse City. Applications are being accepted now through March 2. If you have additional questions, contact Kristina Fend.
