  • Getting Younger: Attracting, Retaining and Serving Millennial Members will be offered by MCUL & Affiliates on Oct. 24 at the Think Space in Lansing. Jim Kasch of Canidae Consulting will lead the session that will offer practical tips for attracting younger members. He will show how to increase revenue and offer tips on product design and pricing to maximize appeal to Millennials. The session is ideal for first-time and repeat attendees. Registration is $599 for the first registrant from a credit union and $450 for each additional. Those who register by Sept. 15 will receive a complimentary pre-event member engagement tool, valued at $5,000.
     
  • CUNA will offer a webinar on Inquiring and Listening for Member Needs on Aug. 9 from 1–2:30 p.m. (ET). Attendees will learn how to use open and close-ended questions, develop the skill of pressing for specifics and discover how to listen and ask questions to uncover member needs. Registration is $219 for CUNA affiliated credit unions.
