Credit Union Volunteers Headed to Mount Pleasant

Nearly 300 Michigan credit union volunteers and CEOs are destined for Mount Pleasant later this month, to attend the MCUL & Affiliates 2017 Spring Leadership Development Conference. Registration is up nearly 20% from 2016, as the agenda draws directors and committee members for training sessions such as the keynote, "Horror Stories from the Board Room" and compliance topics like "Bank Secrecy Act for Board Members."

The conference takes place at the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort, and features special activities for guests who join attendees, including an off-site lunch and tour to Mountain Town Station and the Alden B. Dow home. Registration is $399 per person, which includes meals; credit unions who register five or more attendees pay just $350 for those registrants.
