Staff Email Updates Needed for Streamlining Registration Process
Just like credit unions upgrading systems to provide an enhanced member experience, MCUL has upgraded the online registration process for attending events and conferences, and to make it more user-friendly.
The new registration system identifies each participant by their unique email address. To improve the process of logging-in and making it more seamless for staff and volunteers from throughout each organization, credit unions are being asked to review all of the names, titles and (particularly) email addresses the League currently has in its system and add missing contact information.
Taking the time now to review staff information and make updates will go a long way to improving the registration experience.
What to do? Click here to sign-in and access a staff list to review. Then send updates to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "Database Updates for Name of Your Credit Union." Be sure to provide a contact name, title and phone number of the individual requesting the updates so any questions may be easily addressed.Go to main navigation
