The session will define the regulation and help staff understand the expectation of full disclosure to the membership and public, as well as discuss the acceptable use of terminology when disclosing the terms and conditions of an account. The webinar also includes a session handout and list of resources. Registration is $219 for CUNA affiliated credit unions.

Must a credit union – or can a credit union – continue to honor auto-pay features on deposit accounts after it knows the depositor has died? These and other related questions can put the rights of a credit union at stake, so make sure staff know what to do, what must be done and what to avoid.
