CFPB Topics Covered at Collector's Training School
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau speaks in many ways--some directly and some indirectly--including through the actions that it takes. During the MCUL & Affiliates 2016 Collector's Training School on May 10, attendees will hear the latest on what the CFPB is doing to regulate the collections process and existing CFPB rules that regulate collection behavior.
The intricacies of the Electronic Funds Transfer Act and how to properly process recurring payments will also be covered, as well as key elements of a collections compliance management system through the eyes of the CFPB. The event takes place at the Marriott in Troy, near the Somerset Collection mall. Registration is $169 per person.
