Training Support Available for Busy Credit Unions Managing Projects
MCUL is bringing credit union project managers and colleagues together beginning Oct. 4 to begin an online training series to provide core project management competencies.
The training takes place in four-hour increments over the course of nine sessions to share Project Management Institute recognized project management tools, techniques and methods. The presentation will train attendees to comprehend and appreciate PMI methodologies and definitions and manage triple constraints with respect to project performance as well as evaluate the importance of effective management for the project life cycle.
Those interested in going on to receive Project Management Professional certification from PMI will receive materials and support in preparation for the testing, which is not included with registration. The class is limited to 25 participants.
