Dow Credit Union Earns Great Place to Work Designation

goadDow Credit Union recently earned the Great Place to Work® designation, the result of a two-step certification process that recognizes employers who create an outstanding employee experience.

To become certified, an organization must complete a questionnaire and survey employees. This data is analyzed to produce a score. Great Place to Work certification helps job seekers identify which companies offer a positive company culture.

“This designation speaks to the outstanding company culture and professionalism displayed by each team member at Dow Credit Union,” said Michael Goad, Dow Credit Union president and CEO. “From our associates and support staff to senior leadership, Dow Credit Union’s positive and collaborative company culture shines at every level of our organization.”

Great Place to Work, the organization that coordinates this certification, is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and leadership, which supports employee retention and innovation. This year, 96% of employees said Dow Credit Union is a great place to work – 39 points higher than the average U.S. company.

Some highlights from the employee survey include:
