MCULSC is offering a free two-hour Basic Project Management online training session on May 31, 2023, at 1:30 pm ET.
The session is designed to help credit unions improve their staff's project management skills and efficiencies. The session will cover an introduction to project management, A3 thinking, managing timelines, organizing open issues and crucial accountabilities.
The free training is limited to the first 100 registrants from MCUL-affiliated credit unions. This is a great opportunity to enhance organizational skills, find ways to get projects started on the right foot and save time with moving projects forward and on schedule.
Everyone has projects, either simple or complex. This basic project management training will add value to how you approach, plan and execute ongoing, stalled-out and future projects.
