The latest episode of MCUL’s podcast series, Credit Unions, Coffee and Conversation, features guest Andy Kempf, CEO of 4Front.
Kempf became CEO of the Traverse City-based 4Front in January 2020 after serving the previous five years as president. The credit union just passed $1 billion in assets and is host to 100,000 members.
Corkery and Kempf talk about 4Front’s 19 branches, which is currently growing with an ongoing bank acquisition. They also discuss branches, more generally, including what the branch of the future looks like and the role technology will play in customer service.
The 4Front CEO also discusses how the credit union is fostering the involvement of young professionals and nurturing the growth of tomorrow’s credit union movement.
