Attendance Increases for Spring Leadership Development Conference; Volunteers and Execs Heading to Mount Pleasant
The Spring Leadership Development Conference heads to Mount Pleasant, April 28-30, and already more attendees are registered to attend compared to 2022.
The event is geared toward supporting directors and committee members in their important volunteer roles, and word has spread since last year about the beautiful renovations that occurred at the Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort. New for 2023, the event will feature two general sessions, as well as a selection of breakout sessions, peer-to-peer discussion roundtables by asset size and required BSA/anti-money laundering training.
Additional networking includes Bingo on Friday night, social activities (blanket making for charity and a gnome making craft) and a fun new "friendly-feud" game show-style entertainment at the Saturday night dinner.
