COMMUNITY CRISIS
SUPPORT GRANTS
Michigan Credit Union Foundation awarded more than $100,000 in grants to 27 different credit
unions and credit union organizations to help those in need during COVID-19. Across the state,
credit unions chose initiatives that would make a significant impact in community lives.

Provided locally sourced lunches for essential
workers in Jackson.
b. ATL FEDERAL CU
Gives Back program encouraging community
support of small businesses and credit union
awareness.
c. AWAKON FCU
Purchased gift cards from local restaurants for
community families in need.

Purchased gift cards from local restaurants
for community families in need.
e. CASE CU
A gift card drawing for teachers supporting
restaurants that are CASE CU business members.

Funding for food and shelter assistance
