MCUF Grants Extend to CU Kind Day Activities
On Oct. 9, the Michigan Credit Union Foundation (MCUF), in collaboration with MCUL, will be hosting the second annual CU Kind Day. This nationwide day of kindness gives credit unions the opportunity to showcase the credit union difference by donating, volunteering or simply showcasing what they have done throughout the year.
New for 2023, MCUF is providing grants up to $1,000 for small-asset-sized credit unions that are participating in CU Kind Day activities. These grants were created to ensure all credit unions have the opportunity to positively impact their community on CU Kind Day, regardless of asset size.
Small-asset-size credit unions can apply to receive a MCUF grant here. Deadline to apply is Aug. 4, 2023.

MCUF Community Enrichment Grants are available to help boost credit union initiatives aimed at improving financial well-being for people, families, businesses and communities in Michigan. MCUF works with cooperative donations to support credit union community enrichment, financial education and credit union development initiatives.
