This training will equip credit union staff in member service, branch management, lending, collections and community education to confidently guide members towards increased financial security.
Designed to enhance the self-study FiCEP program offered by America’s Credit Unions, the Michigan Credit Union Foundation (MCUF) enhancements add elements, such as webinars and study resources, exam preparation sessions, supplemental virtual group “Next Steps” and empathy training sessions and more.
MCUF provides funding to make this comprehensive training affordable or free for Michigan credit union professionals.
