Sessions, Riggs will be giving a presentation called “How to Achieve the Impossible!” Riggs believes that extraordi-
nary success is the result of extraordinary leadership. Attendees will understand what core beliefs are held by all

as well as an author, business humorist and an internationally recognized Beatles
expert. He blends the business smarts he learned from 20 years in corporate
management with the showbiz sparks he garnered from working with people like
Jerry Seinfeld, Ellen DeGeneres and Bill Nye the Science Guy to create enter-
taining and enlightening presentations enjoyed by audiences around the world.
As the executive producer of Seattle’s legendary comedy TV show “Almost
Live!”, Stainton led a talented and highly creative team to unparalleled success:
Bill Stainton a No. 1 rating for 10 straight years and more than 100 Emmy Awards (29 of which
went to Stainton). At the same time, he also owned his own corporate training
company, authoring nine programs in subjects ranging from office politics to customer service and team motivation.
He’s been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and Forbes, and is a regular columnist for Seattle Business magazine.
Stainton will be following Riggs during the AC&E’s Conference Education Sessions on June 7, presenting his speech
“Ready or Not, It’s Showtime! Leading High-Performance Teams in a High-Pressure World.” Life is not a dress rehearsal;
neither is business. How would a credit union be different if everyone stopped making excuses and started producing
better results in each area of their lives? Not “later” or “someday,” but now.
When it’s showtime, all that matters is results. And in the credit union business, as well as in life, every day is show-
time. Join Stainton’s session to learn how to clarify a vision, manage each day and identify the five people who need
to be on everyone’s team.
