Commitment to Youth 2018 Community Reinvestment Report
73,878 Michigan was ranked second in the country in school
outreach by the National Youth Involvement Board.
Students Through 3,006 presentations, we gave nearly 74,000
students the skills, knowledge and experience to foster
3,006 future financial health.

Financial Reality Fairs
Aided by the Michigan Credit Union Foundation, 4 0 Teen-Focused
nearly 40 teen-focused Financial Reality Fairs were Reality Fairs
held in Michigan, teaching 3,500 students about 3,500
income expenditure, budgeting and credit through Students
interactive, community-based exercises.
Community Reinvestment Grants
24 These grants equaled $110,000 from the Michigan Credit
Union Foundation to help credit unions address issues in
