Michigan Credit Union Foundation
Cooperatively helping credit unions thrive and serve Michigan communities through financial education, community reinvestment, and professional development support.
Established in 1954, the Michigan Credit Union Foundation (MCUF) collects and disburses funds for the benefit of the Credit Union System. Through cooperative donations, the MCUF advances and strengthens the Michigan Credit Union movement with scholarships, grants, and programs that support credit union member services, financial education, and community reinvestment outreach.
The Foundation supports credit union professional and leadership development through targeted educational scholarships and training programs.
Foundation Grants and Financial Education Programs
MCUF grant and program funding supports credit union community reinvestment and financial education initiatives. The Foundation also provides operational grants to small credit unions.
The MCUF is fueled entirely by the cooperative donations from credit unions, credit union chapters, and credit union system supporters. Learn about how to make a donation and donate online.
A Nonprofit Foundation: The MCUF is a nonprofit foundation (501c3) and donations are tax deductible when applicable by law.Go to main navigation
