Those needing lodging may make room reservations directly with the Motor City Casino Hotel. Rooms are being held until January 23, 2015 at the rate of $124.00, plus applicable taxes. After this date rooms are on a space-available basis. Deposits are refundable if notice of cancellation is received by the Hotel Reservations Department at least 48 hours prior to the date of expected arrival. Check-in is 4:00 p.m.; check-out is 11:00 a.m.. The hotel reserves the right to charge up to one additional full-night for those not checked out by 11:00 a.m..
Other Important Details
Financial assistance may be available for credit unions with assets of $50 million or less. To apply simply indicate your request for financial assistance while registering.
Please do not send payment now; your credit union will be billed. You will be e-mailed a confirmation which will include a link for directions. If you have not received a confirmation by February 6, 2015 please call the League at (800) 262-6285, ext. 225 to verify that your registration was received.
No-shows and cancellations received after February 3, 2015 will be invoiced for the full registration fee. Substitutions are always encouraged. Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax to (517) 482-3762, attention of the education department. Please be sure to cancel your hotel room reservations if you cancel your conference registration.
