Updated Senator Meeting Times & Arrival Instructions for March 3

Please note that our meetings with Senator Peters and Senator Slotkin on Tuesday, March 3 have been updated. It is critical that everyone arrives on time due to group entry and security procedures at the Capitol.

Updated Schedule

• 4:00 - 4:20PM - Arrive at Capitol Visitor Center Entrance
• 5:00–5:30 PM – Meet with U.S. Senator Gary Peters
  Senate Capitol Visitor Center (CVC), Room 212
• 5:30–6:00 PM – Meet with U.S. Senator Elissa Slotkin
  Senate Capitol Visitor Center (CVC), Room 212

Arrival & Security Instructions (Please Read Carefully)

Please gather outside the Capitol Visitor Center (CVC) entrance (near the doors at the bottom of the stairs) by 4:20 PM. This is our required staging time to ensure the full group enters together.

Senate staff will escort the group into the building and through security beginning at approximately 4:30 PM. Do not enter the public security line. We have been cleared for group entry for official business.

Anyone arriving after 4:20 PM will not be part of the escorted entry. Late arrivals should notify Capitol Police that they are attending an official meeting in SVC Room 212. Expedited entry is not guaranteed and delays may prevent participation.
