Destination Compliance
Credit unions need up-to-date compliance information on a daily basis, as well as resources to assist them in staying compliant in an ever-changing regulatory environment. MCUL provides this support through a suite of compliance resources and products, including the Compliance Helpline, InfoSight, CU PolicyPro and ComplySight. Together, these create a comprehensive suite of management tools and policy and regulatory guidance that will ensure Michigan credit unions continue to meet compliance standards.

SAS Compliance Office Hours
We know compliance can be hard, and sometimes you need a regular forum to work through the challenges you are facing. We’ve created a forum just for that – starting March 4th, join us each month where we’ll work through your most pressing challenges in a group setting. Registration is open to all small asset size credit unions.

Michigan ELT rules have a mandatory compliance date of October 1st, 2023. The MI Secretary of State is joining us to provide a credit union specific training on these rules and what you need to know. Registration is open to all relevant credit union staff, from compliance to your front-line lenders.
