DAY 1 | September 27
5:00 – 7:00 p.m. (Optional)
Personal Enhancement Opener
  • Let the learning, begin! This event will set the stage for the next day’s activities and provide everyone a chance to meet their colleagues in an informal environment and enjoy refreshments. The group will participate in dynamic leadership activities that will provide a fun way to interact with peers, hear about industry concerns and begin gaining knowledge and insights.
DAY 2 | September 28
9:00 – 10:00 a.m. 
Breakfast of Best Ideas
  • Who thought of turning a ketchup bottle upside down? In small group settings, network with other attendees and share success stories, best ideas and leadership techniques lessons. Bonus: Your best tip(s) will be collected, recorded and emailed out to attendees after the event.
10:00 – 11:00 a.m.  
Prime Inspirations
  • Here is where the "Idea Exchange" is delivered, as each speaker provides a brisk 18-minute talk on these subjects; afterwards, select a topic that inspires you and then get ready to get to work.

11:20 a.m. – 12:20 p.m.
Idea Exchange
  • It is time to get your hands dirty and follow the speaker and topic you want to work with for the balance of the day. Start turning what you have learned into practical skills to advance your leadership style. This is time to work with peers on real life scenarios and situations, all while the speakers interact and guide you.
12:30 – 1:15 p.m.
Feed Your Hunger and Stop to Smell the Flowers
  • Lunch will be an opportunity to rehydrate, re-energize and explore the market before heading back to keep the momentum going.
1:15 – 2:45 p.m.  
Keep on Going!
  • Continue with your "Idea Exchange" session and build a plan to take back to your credit union.
3:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Lead Courageously: Become the Champion of Change
  • Share, collaborate and cooperate on the best ideas that have been developed throughout the day, by reconvening with the full group before wrapping up the session. You will be leaving with a great selection of tools and resources to venture forward as a "Intentional Credit Union Leader".
