"Great Training and Networking for New and Experienced Credit Union Leaders" is the tagline of the upcoming MCUL Spring Leadership Development Conference.

Set at the Mountain Grand Lodge in Boyne, Mich., the Leadership Conference is slated for Friday through Sunday, March 30 - April 1.

"The MCUL Spring Leadership Development Conference is the perfect training and networking resource for CEOs, executive professionals and board members, regardless of their level of experience or background," said MCUL Education and Events Vice President Ann Jones.
"Guests are also welcome to join attendees at this very popular conference, in a setting that's great for fun and relaxation — Boyne's Mountain Grand Lodge and Spa."

Agenda highlights include the "Best Practices for Profitability, Performance, Productivity" keynote session; the Executive Speaker Series, a special series of presentations providing updates on the latest trends and issues affecting credit unions; and Volunteer Achievement Program (VAP) course offerings for volunteers seeking to enhance their effectiveness through training in core credit union operational topics.

A podcast on the MCUL Web site also features a conversation with Spring Leadership Development Conference speaker Chuck Wilson, managing principal of the Banking Industry Group, Inc., a company providing on-site consulting services in customer-relationship management and high performance banking issues.
