With 34 years of real-life credit union experience, Heather is a passionate and professional credit union speaker, trainer, mentor and leader.

As a certified CU Development Educator (DE), national speaker, trainer, writer and credit union executive, Heather lives the "people helping people" philosophy. As a former co-op student teller, Heather knows what employees need to succeed, and has a unique way to teach while inspiring learning. As a national youth advocate, leader and volunteer, she "gets it" when asked to create a "lively, motivational speech" for all ages.
