Todd Harms is charged with creating a culture
focused on effective sales and service techniques. He is an HR generalist, responsible for all facets of the HR and training functions.
Previously, Harms was AVP- Training with S.C. State Credit Union. During his time with State Credit Union (1990-97), he worked as a teller and member services representative while attending college. After graduation, Harms served as loan officer, support branch manager, and branch manager before moving into the field of human resources. His
first involvement with credit unions dates back to 1990 with Founders Federal Credit Union, where he worked as a teller.
Harms graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BS in Business Administration-Mgmt. He is a graduate of the Southeast Regional CUNA Management School in Athens, GA. He is a member of the CUNA HR Council, and is also a graduate of CUNA' s National Training Institutes
I and II, Human Resource Management Schools I, II, III, and the Credit Union University Development Institute.
