Susan has worked with credit union organizations for over 20 years, as a league professional, a CUSO CEO, trainer, conference/convention speaker, strategic plan facilitator, CUDE, and an executive coach. She is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), facilitates strategic planning sessions, coaches senior leadership, and has been a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) since 1982. She is also the co-creator and facilitator for the Women's Leadership Workshop. Susan and business partner Kerri Smith, CUDE, own LeaderPrints LLC, and specialize in helping credit union women enhance their leadership capabilities.
