After a 22 year career as operations vice president, trainer, facilitator and planner at Whatcom Educational Credit Union, Kathy Washatka began her own business. Her passion for helping people define, discover, and develop their skills, especially in the area of leadership, is what motivated her to broaden her horizons. She now works with individuals and organizations helping them to determine what is standing in their way of accomplishing all they can, strategizing how to move forward, and implementing action plans. Kathy provides personal coaching to those who want to challenge themselves to stretch beyond their comfort zone and reach their true potential.
