Establish institutional legal policy, provide legal advice to Credit Union concerning a variety of matters including the establishment and revision of Credit Union policies and procedures, organization compliance with federal regulations, contractual agreements, regulatory matters, and corporate governance. Directs and coordinates the activities of the Collections Department. Represents or engages or directs outside counsel with the representation of the Credit Union and its subsidiaries in a variety of actions including civil and criminal suits, bankruptcies, special settlements and regulating collection actions.
