She’s called the Carol Burnett of Credit Unions. Becky McCrary is a nationally recognized expert on member service and relationship networking, and has celebrated the 10th anniversary of her speaking career.
She spent over 20 years in the financial services industry, experiencing almost every aspect of operation…from the teller line to mortgage lending, from the call center to branch operations, from business development to volunteer.
Becky worked with one credit union call center and took member complaints from an average of 60 per month to one per quarter. Working with another credit union to prospect and enlarge their circle of influence, she was named CUNA’s Business Development Professional of the Year.
She’s worked with credit unions and their leagues from Maine to Florida to California. Participants consistently rave that her stories transcend business and personal situations. One California meeting planner recently commented “Becky was unbelievable, energetic and really embraced the culture of our Credit Union. I looked all around and I found someone clear across the country who really was able to communicate exactly what I needed!” WOW!
