Boost Your Training IQ
Devon Scheef
Every trainer knows that people don’t learn the same way. This session discusses the personal learning model, which is a unique tool that can give trainers immediate insights into how people prefer to learn, and how to maximize knowledge. Some training depends too much on cognitive learning, acquiring knowledge or using only lectures and slide presentations. But in order to build skill, participants need opportunities to connect with the content and apply it to their work, with less passive listening, more application and practice. Get the tools to use for fast, easy assessments on how learning styles should influence the creation of training and how to use the three learning styles to create training that has impact and gets results.
