		David Adams, President & Chief Executive Officer Dave Adams is the Chief Executive Officer of the Michigan Credit Union League, CUcorp, and CU Solutions Group . 		Drew Egan, EVP/COO - MCUL & Affiliates and President/COO, CUcorp Drew Egan is President/COO of CUcorp, MCUL's wholly-owned for profit subsidiary. 	Tim Bohlman, Vice President, Technology Tim Bohlman is vice president of Web Solutions for CU Solutions Group, where he oversees all Web development and implements new software and Internet technologies including the MCUL/CUcorp/CU Solutions Group Intranet and websites as well as numerous credit union websites. 	George Khalaf, Vice President, Finance and Administration George Khalaf is the vice president of Finance and Administration where he oversees all finance activities that relate to MCUL & Affiliates. This includes all aspects of accounting and finance, financial and strategic planning, investment portfolio management, operating capital, profit and loss management, annual budget development, cash flow management and monthly financial projections. 	Michele Lindsay, EVP, HRN Performance Solutions Michele Lindsay joined HRN in November of 1997 as the Manager of Customer Service. Since that time she has held roles of increasing responsibility and has been instrumental in the planning, development, Q/A and customer support for all HRN products and solutions. 	Mike Moyes, Vice President, Consulting Mike Moyes is Vice President of Consulting, where he provides consulting services to help credit unions improve performance. His portfolio of services includes Strategic Planning Facilitation, Board Governance Consulting, Income and Capital Improvement Analysis, Field of Membership Expansion and many other products and services. 	Lisa C. Rizk, Vice President, Member Enhancements & National Sales Lisa Rizk is vice president of Membership Enhancements and National Sales, where she oversees all sales and marketing activities for Invest in America(IIA), CU Solutions Group’s (CUSG) Membership Enhancement Program, as well as sales for CUSG’s Marketing, Technology and HR Performance divisions. 	Renee Werth, Vice President, Education & Events Renee is the vice president of MCUL & Affiliates' Education and Events group, overseeing the League's delivery of in-person conferences, schools and workshops, as well as distance learning webinars, audio and online training resources. Her team strives to help credit unions meet the demands of today and the challenges of tomorrow, with timely, relevant and affordable professional development topics, delivered conveniently throughout the state and through the Internet. The Education and Events group takes the lead with coordinating the MCUL & Affiliates Annual Convention and Exposition and works closely with credit union leaders and subject matter experts to facilitate quality training experiences for executives, volunteers, operational and frontline staff members.
