Meals are included for registered participants. Guests may choose to join participants for meals at the pricing shown below. The optional Saturday trip to Traverse City is in addition to registration and is available to participants and guests.

Meal pricing for children ages 5-13: Breakfasts $14 each, Lunch $16, Banquet $24.50. Under age 4 is no charge.

Hotel Room - $140.50
Tower Room - $169.50
One Bedroom Condo - $169.50
Two Bedroom Condo - $255.00
Room rates are subject to applicable taxes and a $9.95 per night resort fee. Rooms are being held at this discounted rate until midnight August 22, 2013. After this date, rooms will be on a rate- and space-available basis. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Check-in is 4:00 p.m.; check-out is 11:00 a.m.

Cancellations
All registrations, cancellations and changes must be made online by 5:00 p.m. August 22, 2013. After this date and time, cancellations will be charged in full due to hotel and vendor contract commitments. Substitutions are always encouraged. Late registration or notices of changes/cancellation after 5:00 p.m. August 22, 2013 may be sent via e-mail to educate@mcul.org. Please note that there will be no refunds for the optional off site wine trip.
