Note Regarding Dress Attire
Leave your business suits at home; for your comfort all sessions and events at this year's MCUL AC&E allow for "resort wear" casual dress.

Registration Information
Both attendees and guests (including children) at the AC&E need to be registered in one of the categories listed below in order to receive a name badge. Registration allows admittance to convention events and activities, including:
 
• Welcome Reception
• Exposition Admittance
• Registration Hospitality Center 
• Buffet Breakfast on Friday and Saturday
• General Sessions                                                       
• Education Sessions
• Refreshment Breaks                                               
• Cyber Café
 
Buffet breakfast will be available on Friday in the Exhibit hall and on Saturday in the Governors’ Hall for registered participants and registered guests. Other meals and guest programs are considered ticketed events, so be sure to select and purchase these events individually.

Note Regarding Committee and Task Force Meetings
Time has been allotted on Thursday morning from 9:00–10:15 a.m. and 10:30–11:45 a.m. for organized credit union groups to meet within the hotel. To schedule meeting space for your committee during designated time slots, please contact Charleen Turowski at (800) 262-6285, ext. 248 or Char.Turowski@mcul.org.

REGISTRATION CATEGORIES

Discounted Full Convention Registration (Through June 17, 2009.) SAVINGS EXTENDED
$339 per person
This registration category provides admittance all three days to the non-ticketed program events listed above.

Full Convention Registration (Starting June 18, 2009.)
$389 per person

Discounted One-Day Registration (Through June 17, 2009.) SAVINGS EXTENDED
$150 per person; for Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
The one-day registration category allows attendance for one day of choice.
Includes admittance to all non-ticketed program events scheduled for that day.

One-Day Registration (Starting June 18, 2009.)
$175 per person; for Thursday, Friday or Saturday.

Discounted Two-Day Registration (Through June 17, 2009.) SAVINGS EXTENDED
$314 per person; for Thursday/Friday or Friday/Saturday.
The two-day registration category allows attendance for either Thursday/Friday or Friday/Saturday.
Includes admittance to all non-ticketed program events scheduled for those days.

Two-Day Registration (Starting June 18, 2009.)
$364 per person; for Thursday/Friday or Friday/Saturday.

Guest Registration
$105 per person; Adult
$50 per person; Child 12-16
$25 per person; Child 4-11
Children ages 3 and under may attend convention events at no cost.
This category is applicable only for the accompanying spouse or guests of a credit union official registered in one of the above categories. Anyone attending as an official representative of his or her credit union must register under Full Convention Registration, Two-Day or One-Day Registration. Guest registration provides admittance to all non-ticketed events listed above.

Guest Badge Only
No charge; badge needed to purchase á la carte ticketed events.
This category is applicable only for the accompanying spouse or guests of a credit union official registered in one of the above categories. Anyone attending as an official representative of his or her credit union must register under Full Convention Registration, Two-Day or One-Day Registration. Guests, including all children, must register for this badge only option when purchasing a la carte event tickets, optional tours or guest programs.
 
Membership Business Meeting Only
No Charge
There is no charge to attend the Membership Business Meeting only, but registration is required to obtain the special admission badge and to participate in voting.

Includes buffet dinner and entertainment.

• Thursday: Wine Tasting & Tour of Chateau Chantal
   $29 per person; ticketed separately.
• Friday: Cherries Grand Buffet
   $45 per person; ticketed separately.
• Saturday: Manitou Sail Boat
   $65 per person; ticketed separately.

   $29 per person; ticketed separately.

Exposition Passes
$10 per person; does not include breakfast on Friday. Tickets available for purchase on-site.

Saturday Closing Event
“An Evening on the Bay” Dinner and Fireworks

$35 per person; Child 12-16 ticketed separately.
$15 per person; Child 4-11 ticketed separately.
Children ages 3 and under may attend at no cost.

Cancellations & Name Changes for Conference Attendees and Guests
All cancellations and changes may be made online without penalty by 5 p.m. Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at www.mcul.org (keyword: 2009ACE). After this date and time, cancellations will be charged in full due to hotel and vendor contract commitments. Substitutions are always encouraged. Changes or notice of cancellation between June 25 and July 6, 2009 may be sent to educate@mcul.org or by calling 800-262-6285 ext 225. After July 6, 2009 changes can only be made on-site.
