It's Time to Head to Grand Rapids for the Excitement and Insights of the
Michigan Credit Union League & Affiliates
2011 Annual Convention & Exposition!

Be sure to check the Agenda and begin to plan your activities. There are plenty of hotel rooms being held in Grand Rapids for attendees and their guests, so visit the hotel Accommodations page for details about room reservations.

Registration Information
Both attendees and guests at the AC&E must register in one of the categories listed below in order to receive a name badge. Paid registration allows admittance to convention events, activities and including:

• Welcome Reception • Exposition Admittance
• Attendee Networking Lounge   • Bagels, Baked Goods & Breakout Sessions on Friday
• General Sessions • Buffet Lunch on Friday
• Refreshment Breaks • Education Sessions
• Internet Kiosk • Silent & Live Auction

The 'Welcome Reception' on Thursday, as well as 'Bagels, Baked Goods & Breakout Sessions,'  'Buffet Lunch' and 'Live Auction' on Friday are included. Meals are for paid registered participants (based on applicable registration) and paid registered guests. Other meals and guest programs are considered ticketed events, so be sure to select and purchase these events individually.

Note Regarding Committee and Task Force Meetings
Time has been allotted on Thursday morning May 12th from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. for organized credit union groups to meet within the hotel. To schedule meeting space for your committee during the designated time slot, please contact Charleen Turowski at (800) 262-6285, ext. 248 or Char.Turowski@mcul.org.

REGISTRATION CATEGORIES:

Full Convention Registration
$339 per person.
This registration category provides admittance for all three days to the non-ticketed program events and included meals listed above.

Full Convention Registration for the 6th person and above
$284 per person.
This registration category provides admittance for all three days to the non-ticketed program events and included meals listed above. (Ex. The first five registrations pay $339, the sixth, seventh, eighth, etc. registrant(s) receives the discounted rate of $284.)

One-Day Registration
$150 per person; for Thursday or Friday.
This one-day registration category allows attendance for one day of choice.
Includes admittance to all non-ticketed program events and included meals scheduled for that day.

One-Day Registration 
$75 per person; for Saturday.
This one-day registration category allows attendance for Saturday.
Includes admittance to all non-ticketed program events scheduled for that day.

Two-Day Registration 
$300 per person; for Thursday and Friday.

This two-day registration category allows attendance for Thursday and Friday.
Includes admittance to all non-ticketed program events and included meals scheduled for these days

Two-Day Registration
$225 per person; for Friday and Saturday.
This two-day registration category allows attendance for Friday and Saturday.
Includes admittance to all non-ticketed program events and included meals scheduled for these days.
 
Guest Registration
$105 per person, Adult.
This category is applicable only for the accompanying spouse or guests of a credit union official registered in one of the above categories.   Anyone attending as an official representative of his or her credit union must register under Full Convention Registration, Two-Day or One-Day Registration. Guest registration provides admittance to all non-ticketed events and included meals listed above.

Guest Badge Only
No charge; badge needed to purchase á la carte ticketed events.
This category is applicable only for the accompanying spouse or guests of a credit union official registered in one of the above categories. Anyone attending as an official representative of his or her credit union must register under Full Convention Registration, Two-Day or One-Day Registration. Guests must register for this badge only option when purchasing á la carte event tickets, optional tours or guest programs.

Membership Business Meeting Only
No Charge
There is no charge to attend the Membership Business Meeting only, but registration is required to obtain the special admission badge and to participate in voting.

TICKETED EVENTS
Ticketed events are additional for all registration categories.

Saturday Buffet Breakfast & Five Key Steps to Balance Your Life
$15 per person; ticketed separately.

Exposition Passes
$10 per person.

Cancellations & Name Changes for Conference Attendees and Guests
All cancellations and changes may be made online without penalty by 5:00p.m. Friday, April 22, 2011 at www.mcul.org. (AC&E Web site) After this date and time, cancellations will be charged in full due to hotel and vendor contract commitments. After this date changes can only be made on site. Please communicate any convention cancellations to the MCUL education department at educate@mcul.org or by calling 800-262-285 ext 225. Substitutions are always encouraged.
