Promotion Adds Increased Value and Benefits to CUcorp, Sprint Partnership

LANSING, Mich., July 19, 2006 — CUcorp, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Michigan Credit Union League (MCUL), has teamed up with Lansing-area Sprint Nextel stores to host "Credit Union Wednesdays" throughout July and August. On these special days, credit union members will enjoy exclusive wireless service discounts and specials. CUcorp and Sprint first partnered in December 2003 to provide credit union members with discounted wireless service.

"In addition to the 10 percent discount and simplified calling plans credit union members already receive with Sprint Nextel, they’ll be eligible for additional savings on phone accessories and repairs and will be entered into prize drawings," said CUcorp Sales and Marketing Director Lisa Treat . "New and existing Sprint Nextel customers are eligible to participate.

"We are testing this promotion in Lansing and have plans to launch the program in another market later in the year."

"This partnership has been beneficial for Sprint Nextel, credit unions, credit union members — everybody," said Sprint Nextel Store Manager Robert Frarey.
