During his credit union career, Dave has held numerous board seats and committee assignments including work for the AACUL and CUNA. Kathy Carlson
Kathy is president/CEO of Member First Mortgage in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She has been involved in mortgage lending for the past 26 years and has held various senior management positions with community banks and credit unions before joining MFM in 2005. Kathy currently serves on the Credit Union Advisory Board and the Affordable Housing Advisory Board for Freddie Mac, and the Board of Directors for the Center for Financial Health. |

Drew is EVP/COO of MCUL & Affiliates. He joined MCUL/CUcorp in 1998. In addition to his CUcorp responsibilities, Drew is in charge of marketing, product development and strategic planning for all MCUL & Affiliate companies, as well as the Center for Board Excellence. Chuck earned a bachelor's degree from Oakland University and his juris doctorate from Michigan State University.

Jim Hunsanger
Jim is the vice president of internal audit and compliance at Michigan State University Federal Credit Union. He attended Alma College where he obtained his degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance and accounting and is a CPA. In his current role, Jim is responsible for administering the annual audit plan, coordinating with external examiners, monitoring the information security program and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
