  Michael M. Bell
Michael is a partner with Kotz Sangster and is licensed to practice in Michigan and Indiana. He concentrates his practice on finance, corporate law, credit unions and banking. Michael represents federal and state chartered credit unions throughout Michigan and Indiana ranging in size from in excess of 1 billion in assets to 10 million in assets with all aspects of operations including employment law and contract negotiations.
  Melissa Boyce
Melissa is a consultant, coach and dynamic speaker, who works with teams throughout the U.S., improving employee morale through personal empowerment. Melissa is an expert in culture shift through business development, sales and service training, strategic planning and branding from the inside out. Since 2001, she has helped organizations discover their passion, embrace their strengths and experience dynamic growth.
  Jody Dabrowski
Jody has worked in the credit union industry for over nine years and most recently served as the compliance helpline consultant for the Michigan Credit Union League & Affiliates. Her expertise includes six years as a credit union examiner with the State of Michigan - OFIR. She has a degree in accounting from Liberty University and is a CUNA certified credit union compliance expert  and Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist.
  Debbie Denyer
Debbie is a full time group sales manager for Mission Point Resort of Mackinac Island.  Her number one hobby outside of work is teaching & practicing yoga. For over 15 years, she has been a certified group fitness instructor and for the last seven years has dedicated her studies to the philosophies of yoga. Debbie is certain that the answer to issues such as anger, conflicts, having patience and getting along with others is: Yoga.
Drew Egan
Drew is EVP/COO of MCUL &  Affiliates. He is in charge of marketing, product development and strategic planning for all MCUL & Affiliate companies, as well as the Center for Board Excellence. Drew holds a master's of business administration from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor's of arts in Finance from the University of Utah.
  Jim Fournier
Jim is executive vice president/COO for The Salus Group, a Michigan-based CUSO owned by several credit unions and CUcorp, the league service corporation of the Michigan Credit Union League & Affiliates. Salus Group offers a wide array of health and wellness products for its clients in Michigan and across the country.
  Jackson Hataway, Ph.D.    
Jackson specializes in organizational development, strategic planning, team building and organizational learning. He has a unique ability to couple real-world practicality with new theories of corporate growth and change as he works with organizations. He is a renowned professional speaker with numerous national awards in his ten years of speaking experience and has spent a great deal of time coaching executives.
  Meagan Johnson
Since 1997 Meagan Johnson has entertained and educated hundreds of audience members from all over the globe. She is the co-author of Generations, Inc. -- From Boomers to Linksters, Managing the Friction Between Generations at Work and has been interviewed for many publications and audio programs. Meagan graduated from Arizona State University Business School with a bachelor's of science in marketing.
  Harry K. Jones
Harry is vice president of creative development at AchieveMax®, Inc. During his career, he has worked and consulted for a number of industries, including credit unions, education, health care, government, real estate, retail and sales. He has presented to all levels of credit union audiences from executive levels to frontline staff and has been aptly described as “motivational,” “keenly insightful”  and “down-to-earth."
  Karen Hicks
Karen is the learning & talent development manager at MSU Federal Credit Union and is responsible for analyzing the training and development needs of the organization and managing professional development and learning initiatives that are aligned to organizational goals. Karen has over 12 years of experience designing and developing performance solutions for financial services and insurance organizations. She is a doctoral candidate in Wayne State University and holds a master’s from Central Michigan University. 

Marie McKendall, Ph.D.
Marie is a professor of management at the Sediman College of Business at Grand Valley State University. She teaches and publishes in the areas of human resources, business ethics, diversity, critical thinking and corporate crime.

  Stacie VanDenBerghe
Stacie is the education and training manager for CUcorp and spends her time working in credit unions throughout Michigan to help develop, enhance and maximize credit union growth. Stacie has been in the credit union industry for 15 years in the capacity of marketing, training and human resources. She holds a master’s degree in human resources administration from Central Michigan University and a bachelor’s degree in communications from Michigan State University.
  Jack Wolf, Ph.D.
Jack is the senior partner of Lifelong Learning Partners located in Bradenton, Florida. A dynamic and highly respected speaker, trainer and consultant, He specializes in the design and delivery of programs that provide performance solutions to clients. For 30 years, he has presented programs on creativity, workplace learning, meeting and training effectiveness and performance improvement. Jack obtained his Ph.D. in management and is a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT).
