CUNA Cosponsors D.C. Ad Campaign on Interchange (Misc News: February 18, 2011)
CUNA is taking part in a Washington, D.C., area ad campaign, geared mostly toward educating law- and policymakers about the debit interchange issue. CUNA is cosponsoring the ad campaign with NAFCU, American Bankers Association and the Independent Community Bankers Association.
The ads were developed and are being placed by the Electronic Payments Coalition (EPC), the industry group of financial institutions and debit card processors that are working together on the Interchange issue.
The ads will debut on Sunday in the Washington area, and will continue to run through the week of GAC, Feb. 28 to March 4, on local TV.
