Every year, we ask member credit unions to give us input on how we’re doing as your trade association and affiliated companies. Credit union CEOs have received an e-mail explaining the details of the process for the 2010 member survey and providing a link and password. The survey should take a total of about 20 minutes to fill out.

Input is very valuable and will be used in the annual planning processes. Credit unions should take the opportunity to give the league feedback on how we’re serving our members and what areas need improvement.
