... Inside New NCUA Regulation Changes is the topic of a session now available as a Webinar on Demand. Featuring attorney Rob Rutkowski, the session looks at how the CFPB continues to crank out new regulations daily and how the NCUA has a long established system of reviewing existing regulations and opining on new ones. The presentation covers the new NCUA Risk Management Expectations, new NCUA approaches to credit union boards, the newest focus points of NCUA examinations, new liquidity requirements and other hot issues that NCUA has reviewed or will be reviewing. ... An audio session on a New Perspective on Business Continuity will take place on Feb. 19 from 11 a.m.-noon, in cooperation with the Illinois CU League. The session will help attendees understand why business continuity is important, key components of the business continuity lifecycle, how to gain strategies to get programs started and the contents of a robust and sustainable plan.
