Registration Now Open for INSIDE CU Compliance Taking Place During AC&E

When it comes to credit union compliance, the place to look for "Insights Networking Solutions Information Direction and Examples" is INSIDE Credit Union Compliance, a separate one-day conference taking place in conjunction with the MCUL & Affiliates Annual Convention & Exposition. The event is ideal for operational, mid-managers, compliance officers and lending staff, and takes place May 16 at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center.

With 2013 being a year of change being brought about by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act a significant part of the training will be spent providing an in-depth review of CFPB finalized and pending rules and the effect they will have on credit unions. A "Policy Party!" and "Regulation Celebration" are also on the day's agenda, which includes complimentary attendance to the AC&E "Exposition" and "Welcome Reception.

Registration is just $129 per person and attendees may choose to attend the "AC&E Economics Issues Luncheon" for just $36 per person or to have lunch on their own. By registering any full conference attendee(s) for the AC&E a credit union qualifies for one complimentary registration for another participant to attend the INSIDE Credit Union Compliance Conference at no charge … a $129 value.

To book hotel reservations at the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center call (877) 901-6632 and be sure to mention the Michigan Credit Union League & Affiliates to receive the negotiated room rate of $152 per night, plus applicable taxes. For more information about INSIDE Credit Union Compliance or to register, click here. Online registration for the AC&E will be available soon, at which time credit unions may begin registering a complimentary participant.
