Robbery & Safety and Security Webinar on Demand Offered Free of Charge

Preparation and planning are the keys to prevention and are the topic of a free Webinar on Demand being offered by MCUL & Affiliates to affiliated League members. In the session, Stacie VanDenBerghe, CUcorp education and training consulting manager outlines preventative measures and explains the importance of having clear comprehension of safety and security plans. She also defines the policies and procedures for responding to a robbery so that employees understand their roles in such a critical situation, as well as helps credit unions develop a hostile situation plan such as creating code words and calling authorities.

The recording may be downloaded, saved and shared, allowing a credit union to train multiple staff members, in different locations, as often and for as long as needed. The session makes a valuable addition to any credit union learning library. To purchase the recording, click here.
