CFPB Mortgage Lending Update on Agenda at Compliance From A-Z 

CFPB updates will be monopolizing the attention of credit union compliance officers in 2013, and is one of the topics on the agenda of the one-day session, Compliance From A-Z. The event takes place Feb. 14, the day following the MCUL & Affiliates Lending and Marketing Conference in downtown Grand Rapids at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel.

MCUL & Affiliates' compliance consultant Shawn Wolbert will facilitate a "CFPB Mortgage Lending Update" to discuss pending changes to mortgage lending. "Servicemembers SCRA,” "Top Compliance Mistakes," "Social Media and Website Compliance" and "Compliance in Advertising" are some of the other topics slated.
