...Good communication is a two way street, which is the focus of an upcoming audio session on Effective Listening Skills. The session is ideal for member service representatives and all other credit union staffers as an outstanding resource for improving communications between employees and with members. … The Credit Union Collection Consortium will have its next meeting from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 12 at Michigan First CU, 27000 Evergreen Road. Well-known attorney Chuck Holzman, managing partner of Holzman Corkery will discuss post-judgment collection issues. This is a topic vital to every credit union that files lawsuits to recover money.
