...The recently rescheduled Servicemembers Civil Relief Act audio session being offered in cooperation with the Illinois CU League will take place Dec. 6 from 11 a.m. to noon (EST). The session will cover the subject of how to treat military members and their families. Priced at $129 per connection, additional information and online registration is available here.

...An audio session on Effective Listening Skills will be facilitated by well-known business relationship expert Becky McCrary on Dec. 19 from 11 a.m.-noon. She will review the 10 worst excuses for not listening effectively and five tips to improve listening skills. … The League of Southeastern CUs and MCUL & Affiliates in collaboration with the Credit Union Executives Society are cosponsoring a CUES Executive Dialogue exclusively for large-asset-size credit unions. Executives from credit unions with more than $500 million in assets are invited to attend the conference, which will be March 14-15 at the Hyatt Miami.
