On Oct. 18, MCUL & Affiliates will host the third webinar in a series, Advanced Collections, which was proceeded earlier this month by Basic and Intermediate Collections webinars. Each webinar has featured attorney, author and consultant David A. Reed, and has built on what it takes to be an effective collector and create an outstanding collections team.
The Advanced Collections webinar delves into managing expectations and getting results. Geared more towards collections managers, the session will examine innovative techniques to foster an effective collections program, including: maximizing the bottom line, identifying liability landmines, creating effective staff incentives, working with senior management, tracking effort and results and utilizing the entire staff for collections.
The webinar will be held from 1-2:30 p.m. (ET) and includes a complimentary archive for permanent reference, all for just $129 per Internet connection.
