Ring, Ring ... it's the Telephone Collections School Calling

Back by popular request to deliver an even more operationally focused presentation than last year, MCUL & Affiliates will host Harry Strausser III, along with David Wolfe, at the 2012 Telephone Collection School. This year, the well-known event heads to Weber's Inn in Ann Arbor, on Nov. 8 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Priced at just $169 per person, the program is designed to offer an overview of the components of the collection process that are critical to every credit union. Participants will engage in an interactive session designed to enlighten attendees on the challenges faced when loans go into default. Strategies will be reviewed and techniques will be offered to help every collection professional increase their recoveries while reducing delinquencies.

Strausser brings over 30 years of collection experience and has been a national speaker in the credit and collection industry for 25 years. Wolfe is a lawyer based in Detroit with the firm of Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA where he practices in consumer collections. For additional information and online registration, click here.
